About The Position

In this Senior HR Systems and People Operations role, you will play a key role in administering and enhancing our core HR systems—particularly ADP Workforce Now—while also helping to design and deliver global people operations programs. You’ll manage daily system administration, security, data integrity, and reporting, as well as lead enhancements, configurations, and integrations that improve how our HR tech stack works together. On the People Operations side, you will collaborate with a global team to build scalable programs for onboarding, offboarding, immigration, leave management, and policy governance. You’ll lean heavily on your technical skills, especially in Excel, to drive automation, build dashboards, and turn data into actionable insights. A key part of your work will be identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities across HR, improving efficiency, accuracy, and the overall employee experience.

Requirements

  • HR Systems Administration & Data Management Hands-on experience administering HR systems, ideally including ADP Workforce Now & Greenhouse (configuration, workflows, security, integrations).
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures (employees, positions, job changes, compensation, benefits, leaves, etc.).
  • Proven track record performing regular data audits, reconciliations, and cleanup to ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
  • Ability to manage user access, roles, permissions, and security groups in line with internal controls and compliance requirements.
  • Comfort owning system configuration changes (fields, codes, workflows, approval chains, notifications, and other settings).
  • Experience building and maintaining custom HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders at all levels (HR, Finance, leadership).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: complex formulas, nested logic, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, lookups, basic macros, and data cleansing.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Experience in People/HR Operations in a global environment, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling organization.
  • Exposure to building or running core HR programs: onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and global leave management.
  • Experience administering global leave programs, including understanding leave types, eligibility, documentation requirements, and compliance considerations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on leave and policy questions, balancing empathy with policy and compliance.
  • Familiarity with immigration processes and supporting global hiring/relocation (e.g., coordinating with immigration counsel, tracking visa status, ensuring documentation).
  • Experience drafting, updating, and maintaining employee policies and handbooks, ensuring they are accessible and clearly communicated.
  • Clear interest in leveraging technology to work smarter: identifying manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and proposing automation and AI-based solutions.
  • Experience leading or supporting HR process improvement projects, from problem definition through design, testing, communication, and rollout.
  • Ability to use data and AI-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Comfort piloting new tools, managing vendor relationships, and helping to scale best-in-class HR tech solutions across multiple regions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: able to partner with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, managers, and external vendors to align on needs, priorities, and timelines.
  • Clear and structured communication skills—capable of translating complex system or process details into simple, user-friendly language.
  • Experience developing and delivering training, documentation, and how-to guides to enable self-service for HR team members and employees.
  • A service-oriented mindset with the ability to balance responsiveness with thoughtful, scalable solutions.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS, People Operations, or a related HR/people analytics role
  • Experience in a global or multi-jurisdiction environment is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and driving work from idea to execution.
  • A curiosity about emerging HR technology, AI, and automation trends—and a desire to experiment and learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) is a plus.
  • Comfort experimenting with and implementing AI and automation solutions (e.g., workflows, bots, scripting, or AI-enabled features within existing tools).
