About The Position

The Senior HR Solutions Analyst is a key individual contributor on the HR Technology team, responsible for translating business and HR operational needs into scalable, compliant, and sustainable technology and process solutions. This role partners closely with HR stakeholders, IT, and vendors to support and optimize HR systems while ensuring data integrity, consistent processes, and reliable outcomes. The Senior HR Solutions Analyst is expected to manage work with a strong sense of ownership and urgency, including initiating work promptly, meeting deadlines with appropriate lead time for review, and escalating risks early when timelines or quality may be impacted. This position is well-suited for a senior analyst who is fluent in English, enjoys solving complex problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and is comfortable flexing between collaborative project work and owning outcomes end-to-end. The successful Senior HR Solutions Analyst delivers complete, accurate, and audience-ready work products by validating data and logic prior to submission, clearly documenting assumptions where data gaps exist, and applying governance standards consistently. They are known for reliability, accountability, and follow-through, with focus on reducing downstream rework and supporting compliance and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations, systems, or analytics roles
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with standard HR systems including HRIS (BambooHR or similar), Payroll, Learning Management, and Performance/Compensation Management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and administering HR systems in a complex or multi-entity environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing sensitive HR information

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting global teams or working in a multinational environment preferred
  • Familiarity with HR system governance, change management, and audit readiness
  • Experience operating in a shared services or case‑based support model preferred
  • Experience with a data visualization system (PowerBI, Tableau) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage HR Technology intake and case requests through triage, prioritization, analysis, and resolution
  • Translate business and operational needs into scalable, compliant HR system, data, and process solutions for HR leadership review
  • Analyze issues end-to-end, with attention to root causes and downstream impacts when developing solutions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned HR platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, learning, compensation), including configuration and maintenance
  • Generate and validate recurring and ad hoc reporting to support HR metrics, compliance, and business insights
  • Support dashboards and executive-ready materials by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and clear documentation
  • Proactively manage work and timelines, escalating risks early and proposing mitigation plans when delivery is at risk
  • Partner with IT and vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Proactively audit HR data and support internal and external audits through documentation, data extracts, and evidence
  • Develop standards, documentation, and guidance to improve system usage, data quality, and end-to-end HR process efficiency
  • Contribute HR technology expertise to cross‑functional and global HR initiatives
