Senior HR Analyst

Emory HealthcareTucker, GA

About The Position

The Senior HR Analyst will be the central connector for our Human Resource technology ecosystem, with primary responsibility for the health, scalability, accuracy, and security of our HR Technology platforms. This role oversees how our HCM system solutions fit together, ensuring that data and workflows move reliably across systems to support leaders, managers, and employees. As a Senior HR Analyst, you will partner with HR partners, compliance leaders, and digital teams to ensure data integrity and proper data flow throughout our ERP systems—troubleshooting issues, resolving data mismatches, and proactively spotting inconsistencies in data inputs that affect downstream automation and reporting. You will monitor overall system health and interface queues, resolving issues related to data mapping, configuration, interface errors, timing inconsistencies, and escalating technical issues to the Digital team when appropriate. You will own the full support intake and triage process, resolving issues efficiently, escalating with complete context when needed, and implementing/documenting fixes for logic errors, completion failures, or assignment misfires. You’ll also oversee permissions, admin access, user role reviews, and regular cleanup activities to support strong governance and system integrity, including preparing our HCM environment for growth, acquisitions, and integrations through technical clean-up and configuration work. You will lead the implementation and integration of new and existing tools, turning system insights into better experiences for recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, performance, and compliance. The Senior HR Analyst will partner closely with HR partners, Digital, and HR business partners to align HRIS data (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday), support migrations, upgrades, and integrations, and provide practical tools and documentation to help users be successful. You’ll stay current on HRIS release notes, assessing upcoming changes and communicating key implications to HR partners and system administrators. We’re looking for an experienced technical analyst with a background in HR, Business, Education, Information Systems, or a related field, who is comfortable with integrations, automation (APIs/AICC/complementary platforms), role-based access security, and hands-on troubleshooting—all with a highly customer-focused, service-oriented mindset. This is a hybrid role and requires onsite requirements in Atlanta, GA
