About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on HR support to Corporate Functions, partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee support, HR operations, reporting, and talent programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or broad HR support role.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance day-to-day work
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day employee support.
  • Partner with managers on job descriptions, offers, organizational changes, and people-related processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting, audits, and workforce metrics that help inform business decisions.
  • Provide guidance and support across performance management, employee relations, HR programs, and policy interpretation.
  • Coordinate key HR initiatives and programs, including training, engagement activities, and special projects.
  • Lead our Early Talent Leadership Development and Internship Programs.
  • Help ensure a positive employee experience by delivering responsive, high-quality support with professionalism and discretion.
