Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a generalist role.
  • A solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills you're approachable, clear, and professional.
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Experience with ADP systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key partner to employees and leadership helping drive people strategies that support business success.
  • Focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and training always with an eye on creating an engaging, inclusive workplace.
  • Be a trusted resource for employees and managers offering guidance, support, and solutions.
  • Handle employee concerns with care, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Lead investigations and ensure fair outcomes that align with the company's values.
  • Partner with hiring teams to develop effective job postings and attract great talent.
  • Manage the full hiring process from sourcing through onboarding while keeping the candidate experience top of mind.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and talent pipelines.
  • Support performance management processes that drive clarity, accountability, and growth.
  • Facilitate training and coaching sessions on feedback, goal-setting, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date policies and documentation.
  • Support payroll and benefits processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and report on HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Share insights and collaborate on people-focused solutions.
