About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to lead the firm's compliance, employee relations, workplace safety, workers' compensation, and employment-based immigration programs. Working closely with the HR Director, firm leaders, legal counsel, and external partners, you will help ensure our people practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with our collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of California employment law.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
• Ability to balance empathy, sound judgment, and objectivity when handling sensitive employee matters.
• Enjoy improving processes and finding practical solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passionate about creating safe, healthy workplaces and leading compliance initiatives.
