About The Position

SEKISUI Diagnostics is seeking a Sr HR Business Partner with experience supporting all areas of HR including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, development, employee relations and other related projects as needed. This role partners effectively with senior leaders and global HR colleagues to drive business initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support a consistent employee experience across sites. The role involves advising on organization design, workforce planning, learning and development, succession planning, employee relations, and performance management. It requires managing complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and knowledge of employment legislation. The position is committed to improving employee engagement, morale, retention, and company culture through timely communication, strong working relationships, and development opportunities for key talent.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of relevant employment legislation
  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and influence all levels of the organization
  • Good judgement and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to balance advocacy for employees and leaders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
