SEKISUI Diagnostics is seeking a Sr HR Business Partner with experience supporting all areas of HR including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, development, employee relations and other related projects as needed. This role partners effectively with senior leaders and global HR colleagues to drive business initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support a consistent employee experience across sites. The role involves advising on organization design, workforce planning, learning and development, succession planning, employee relations, and performance management. It requires managing complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and knowledge of employment legislation.
