About The Position

This is a hybrid role for a Senior HR Business Partner to support employees based out of the company's office in the Austin, TX area. The role is both hands-on and strategic, providing the full range of HR Business Partner and Employee Relations support. This new position is a result of the company's rapid growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
  • Strong Employee Relations experience handling all sorts of ER situations from the simple to the complex
  • Experience in start-up and/or high-growth, fast-paced environments (i.e., manufacturing, energy, data centers, tech, or similar)
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, critical thinking HR professional
  • Exposure to/experience using AI to improve HR processes
  • Lots of experience using analytics/data to drive HR initiatives
  • Leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide the full range of HR Business Partner/Employee Relations support to the company’s employees
  • Hands-on as well as strategic HR role
