About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (A&G) in our Belgrade office to provide HRBP support to business while partnering closely with senior leaders in a global, matrixed environment. This role blends strong business partnering and driving talent‑related initiatives across regions and time zones. This role is part of a global HR team, partnering closely with colleagues in Serbia and stakeholders in the US, APAC and EMEA. The team focuses on workforce analytics, performance management, organizational change, and strategic HR projects in a dynamic, transforming environment.

Requirements

7+ years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner/Talent Management role within a global organization
3+ years of work experience with HRIS
Proficient level of advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient level of English language
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

Working experience in environments with large, distributed teams
Experience driving talent-related initiatives.
Background in HR analytics

Responsibilities

Implement core HR processes to attract, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing colleagues in partnership with HR COEs (such as performance management and rewards, position management, talent management, talent acquisition, colleague engagement survey, etc).
Support workforce talent strategies to include key talent and critical roles, bench strength and succession planning with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
Support business leaders to build optimum, scalable structures in line with key design principles.
Provide consultative services within each business area related to core people’s needs.
