About The Position
Open Arms Solutions is hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and DSPs to provide senior home care in Homer Glen, Lemont, and nearby areas. This role offers flexibility with daytime and evening opportunities, and shift lengths can be adjusted based on availability and client needs. Hours and shifts are not guaranteed and depend on client needs, location, and availability.
Requirements
- 18+ years old with at least 1+ year of professional caregiving experience
- Experience in home care, senior care, CNA/HHA, DSP, assisted living, or a similar setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to complete required background screenings
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and ADL assistance
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and provide hydration support
- Offer companionship and safety monitoring
- Provide medication reminders
- Handle light housekeeping
- Report changes in client condition
