This role is ideal for a proven agency recruiter who can hit the ground running, build strong candidate pipelines, and consistently deliver high-quality placements. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, supporting clients, and elevating the candidate experience—all while operating in a metrics-driven environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare agency recruiting (required)
Proven success placing allied, nursing, or locum tenens professionals
Strong understanding of healthcare staffing workflows and urgency
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a staffing environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and competitive environment

Nice To Haves

Background in travel healthcare staffing
Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, job boards, and CRM/ATS platforms
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare professionals
Source, screen, and place candidates across travel, local, and permanent roles
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Develop relationships with healthcare professionals to understand career goals and match opportunities
Partner closely with account managers and sales teams to fulfill client needs quickly and effectively
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs (submittals, placements, revenue, etc.)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
Stay informed on industry trends, pay packages, and market conditions
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement
