This individual will play a critical role in driving hiring efforts across a wide range of positions, including Medical Assistants (MA), Front Desk staff, Clinic Administrators, and corporate roles. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, screening, negotiating offers, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding logistics. This role requires strong partnership with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
