About The Position

Corgan is recruiting a Senior Healthcare Planner to join its Healthcare team. The role leads healthcare planning and programming from early visioning and master planning through design and construction, translating clinical operations, patient experience goals, and project priorities into functional planning solutions. The planner works with clients, clinical stakeholders, internal multidisciplinary teams, and consultants to guide decisions, build consensus, and deliver planning work that meets project goals, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

The position also contributes to business development, supports project leadership with scope, schedule, and fee, presents concepts in client meetings and workshops, and mentors junior planners. It is a full-time, on-site role requiring physical presence at the assigned office Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design; healthcare focus strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture with a focus on healthcare planning.
• Proven experience in healthcare programming, master planning, and conceptual design.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and patient-centered environments.
• Leadership ability to bring creativity and technical acumen to complex healthcare project delivery.
• Experience with business development, including proposals, interview presentations, and maintaining and developing client relationships through successful project delivery.
• Experience delivering healthcare projects that comply with relevant building codes, FGI, ADA, construction standards, and other related regulatory requirements.
• Confident, client-facing communicator with experience leading planning discussions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with BIM-based planning workflows.
• Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and long-term professional growth in an in-office environment.
• Must work on-site at the assigned office Monday through Friday during standard business hours; regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function.

• Healthcare focus in Architecture or Interior Design degree.
• Licensed Architect or Interior Designer, or actively pursuing licensure.
