About The Position
The Senior Health Care Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large pharmacy and Medicare datasets. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in various reporting tools, and knowledge of Medicare Part D and PBM systems. The analyst will also be involved in creating reports, dashboards, and supporting Medicare pharmacy audits.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SAS and SQL.
- Experience analyzing large pharmacy and Medicare datasets.
- Knowledge of Medicare Part D and pharmacy operations.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools.
- Experience with SharePoint and operational reporting.
- Knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) systems.
- Ability to use AI tools for data analysis and reporting.
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data analysis, business analysis, healthcare economics, or related fields.

- Experience supporting Medicare pharmacy audits and analytics.
- Experience building executive dashboards.
- Ability to gather business requirements and develop reports.
