U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Hardware Support Specialist with break/fix support and installation experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. This role oversees team installations, assists with day-to-day functions, maintains records and audits of equipment, spacing, and spare parts inventories, and provides recommendations for supply reorder. The specialist ensures proper installation practices and procedures are met by using best practices and oversees the break/fix support process. They complete more technical aspects of the break/fix process, recommend solutions, and help coordinate changes, schedules, and monitor repairs while working with Business Lines to find adequate times for replacement.
