This role is for a qualified individual with Hand Therapy expertise, specifically an Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist, though a Physical Therapy Hand Therapist would also be considered. The position involves working closely with Hand Surgeons in a multidisciplinary team and offers excellent benefits, compensation, career growth, and development opportunities within a vibrant team culture. The Senior Occupational Therapist (OT) is expected to have a minimum of four (4) years of experience with strong clinical knowledge and skills in the rehabilitation of the hand/wrist/forearm/elbow. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently in a busy clinic, triage walk-in consults, and collaborate with peers and clinic leadership. In addition to primary patient care responsibilities, they will undertake additional clinical and non-clinical tasks.
