Senior GTM Demand Programs and Analytics Manager

Egnyte•Raleigh, NC
•$120,000 - $140,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Egnyte is hiring a senior individual contributor for its Go-To-Market Demand Programs team, which works across sales and marketing to build demand programs, data-driven playbooks, and systems that help business development and sales teams generate pipeline consistently and at scale. The role owns two key parts of that work: sales playbooks that guide pipeline development and sales incentive programs that support business goals. It reports directly into collaboration with sales, business development, and RevOps leadership; no direct reporting relationship is specified. The manager uses Salesforce Sales Cloud, SQL, Tableau, and modern AI tools to turn one-off analyses and manual processes into automated, repeatable systems. The role partners with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, RevOps, Customer and Field Marketing, and IT; translates stakeholder feedback into improvements; and communicates results to executives. The position is available hybrid in Draper, Utah or Raleigh, North Carolina, or remotely from an allowable state. Travel is very limited and typically consists of an occasional team or company event. Success includes learning the playbooks, data model, and incentive programs in the first 90 days; taking over a playbook refresh and delivering an initial dashboard or automation; owning playbooks and incentive programs end to end within six months; and delivering measurable pipeline gains, incentive-program ROI, and reductions in manual work within 12 months. Egnyte describes itself as a secure multi-cloud platform for content security and governance. Established in 2008, it serves more than 22,000 organizations.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, GTM analytics, or demand generation in B2B SaaS, with a track record of building programs that generated measurable pipeline.

  • Proven SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and building views and tables.
  • Experience developing and managing Tableau dashboards that leaders rely on.
  • Practical experience building with modern AI, such as prompts, skills, agents, or workflow automation, with meaningful outcomes.
  • Experience designing or analyzing sales incentive programs and measuring their impact on behavior and pipeline.
  • Strong analytical judgment; ability to assess assumptions and communicate findings clearly to executives and frontline sellers.
  • Ability to own programs end to end with minimal oversight, manage multiple workstreams, and meet quarterly-cadence deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead direct and indirect sales and business development playbooks end to end, including defining plays, building and refreshing account and contact reports and messaging, and measuring pipeline outcomes.
  • Own sales incentive programs through their full lifecycle: set thresholds based on historical data, forecast, align sales and business development leadership, track pacing and adoption, coordinate payouts, and analyze results.
  • Serve as a Salesforce Sales Cloud power user, building and maintaining reports, campaigns, list views, and field logic for territory planning, plays, and demand generation programs; partner with RevOps and IT to implement proven logic in production.
  • Build datasets and segmentation using SQL, Salesforce reports, and Tableau to support plays, territory planning, and program measurement, and communicate actionable insights.
  • Replace manual analysis, data hygiene, list building, and reporting with AI-driven systems and teach the team and field to use them.
