About The Position

The Senior GTM Demand Programs and Analytics Manager owns sales playbooks and sales incentive programs that help Egnyte sellers build pipeline. This senior individual-contributor role combines Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, and AI skills to turn manual, one-off analysis into automated, repeatable systems. The role works closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Customer and Field Marketing, and IT, and has program-owner accountability with direct engagement with sales, business development, and RevOps leadership. The position supports direct and indirect sales and business development playbooks from design through measurement, including defining plays, building and refreshing account and contact reports and messaging, and measuring pipeline outcomes. It owns sales incentive programs across their lifecycle, including setting thresholds from historical data, forecasting, aligning leaders, monitoring pacing and adoption, coordinating payouts, and assessing results. The manager serves as a Salesforce Sales Cloud power user and develops datasets, segmentation, reports, and Tableau dashboards for plays, territory planning, and program measurement. They apply AI and automation to reduce manual analysis, data hygiene, list building, and reporting, and help the team and field use these systems. They gather stakeholder feedback, communicate results to executives, collaborate across global GTM functions, and help develop the team’s technical craft. Travel is very limited, typically for an occasional team or company event. Success is expected to include learning the playbooks, data model, and active incentive programs in the first 90 days; taking over at least one playbook refresh and delivering a first dashboard or automation; owning playbooks and incentive programs end to end within six months; and, within 12 months, measurably improving pipeline from plays, incentive-program ROI, and the amount of manual work replaced through automation.
