About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Group Product Manager to lead one of our Core Product domains. You will be responsible for leading a team of Product Managers, driving measurable business outcomes, and ensuring predictable execution across multiple product areas. Unlike an individual Product Manager, your success is measured not only by product delivery, but by how effectively your organization operates—developing people, improving execution quality, aligning cross-functional teams, and consistently delivering business results. You will partner closely with the Director of Core Products & Platform to translate portfolio priorities into coordinated execution while helping Product Managers operate autonomously.

  • Proven experience owning business outcomes across multiple products or domains
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing Product organizations
  • Excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions
  • Experience managing complex product portfolios and cross-team dependencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments
  • Fluent English (C1+)
