About The Position

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the high-quality execution of creative assets across digital, print, and social channels, ensuring strict adherence to the SSENSE visual identity. This role focuses on the consistent, on-brief, and on-time production of campaign and evergreen assets across cross-functional projects. Leveraging strong technical design expertise and sharp attention to detail, you will directly support key KPIs including production efficiency, asset quality, and brand consistency at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, media, e-commerce, or agency environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a working knowledge of Figma for collaboration and asset handoff.
  • Strong command of layout, typography, grid systems, and executing consistently within established brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Proven experience producing production-ready assets across web, mobile, social, and print formats.
  • Excellent prioritization and scoping skills, with the ability to manage a complex personal portfolio and hit tight deadlines reliably.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills to articulate creative ideas to production teams, along with professional bilingual proficiency (English/French).
  • A strong pulse on the fashion and e-commerce landscape, regularly following key industry publications and competitor trends.
  • A sharp eye for quality control and visual precision, with the ability to iterate quickly and incorporate feedback seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality graphic design assets across digital, print, and social channels, translating creative briefs and predefined concepts into polished, production-ready deliverables.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SSENSE brand guidelines, templates, and design systems across all outputs, maintaining layout and typographic precision.
  • Prepare, finalize, and perform quality control on design files for various formats (web, mobile, social, and print) to ensure technical excellence.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Studio, Editorial, and Product teams to intake briefs, clarify requirements, and iterate efficiently based on feedback.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, optimizing workflow efficiency to meet tight deadlines without compromising design integrity.
