About The Position

We’re looking for a QA Automation Specialist to join our QA team and help elevate the quality and reliability of our Vision Suite ERP platform. If you’re passionate about building robust automation frameworks, improving release speed, and ensuring high-quality software in complex enterprise environments, this role is for you. In this role, you’ll work closely with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to design and maintain automated testing solutions that support scalable, high-performing ERP and retail systems. You’ll play a key role in increasing test coverage, preventing defects early, and enabling faster, more confident releases. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment supporting global retail clients, with strong exposure to modern automation tools, AI-assisted testing approaches, and enterprise-scale systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Training in QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and Agile practices
3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation
Hands-on experience implementing automation frameworks end-to-end (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
Experience testing enterprise or SaaS applications (ERP experience is a strong asset)
Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools such as Postman or Swagger
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and scripting
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
Ability to design scalable and maintainable automation architectures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with CI/CD integration and DevOps workflows
Ability to validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and security
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Digital fluency and adaptability in fast-changing environments
Continuous improvement mindset and learning agility
Responsible and secure use of AI tools in accordance with company policies

Nice To Haves

ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Test Automation Engineer)
Training or exposure to AI-assisted testing tools or frameworks
Agile or Scrum certification
Experience in retail, supply chain, or ERP environments
Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud platforms
Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, K6)
Exposure to AI-based testing tools or predictive quality analytics

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and integration testing across Vision Suite modules.
Execute and maintain regression automation suites, ensuring reliability and scalability of test coverage.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA analysts to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) for continuous testing.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis with engineering teams.
Leverage AI‑assisted testing tools and techniques to optimize test creation, execution, and maintenance.
Maintain test data, environments, and automation frameworks aligned with production configurations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation coverage expansion and testing efficiency.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, demos).
Document automation frameworks, test cases, and testing processes to ensure knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
Mentor junior QA team members on automation best practices and tools when needed.
