About The Position

We’re looking for a creative and versatile graphic designer with strong visual storytelling skills and fresh ideas. This role is ideal for someone with true creative energy who can support a wide range of design needs while helping drive engagement and brand awareness across our network. You will play a key role in supporting our retail network of garages serving mechanics and selling tires and wheels, creating content that connects with audiences and contributes meaningfully to the awareness and engagement funnel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work, with a focus on engaging content
  • Proficiency in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign)
  • Experience designing for social media and digital campaigns
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principles
  • Ability to balance direction with proactive creative thinking and idea generation
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Bilingualism required: proficiency in English is necessary due to the nature of interactions with primarily English-speaking partners across Canada. This language is used frequently in both written and verbal communications. An advanced level is required.

  • Basic knowledge of motion design or video editing
  • Experience in retail, automotive, or franchise/network environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging creative assets for web, digital, and social media channels
  • Create content designed to capture attention, drive engagement, and support brand awareness initiatives
  • Support traditional marketing materials such as print, signage, and in-store collateral for our retail network
  • Design corporate presentations that are visually compelling and aligned with brand standards
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into impactful creative
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels
  • Adapt creative for different audiences, including mechanics, garage owners, and retail customers
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
