About The Position

Shar Music is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with a passion for transforming bold ideas into polished, impactful visuals through both design and photography. This full-time, in-office role will help elevate our marketing across print and digital platforms by creating engaging marketing materials, product packaging, and digital assets. The ideal candidate believes in creating a world where music brings joy, builds friendships, and inspires humanity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and techniques.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a graphic designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with product photography and photo editing software.
  • A passion for creativity and a desire to push the boundaries of design.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all marketing materials meet high-quality standards.
  • Follow and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and design visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, marketing materials, advertisements, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning designs for various marketing materials, product packaging, and digital assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, including messaging, visuals, and tone of voice.
  • Lead the development of visual concepts and design strategies that align with brand identity, marketing goals, and user experience principles.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across digital and print media.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to execute multi-platform design initiatives from concept to final delivery—balancing creativity with business objectives.
  • Assist with photographing a wide range of products in our in-house studio or on location.
  • Utilize expertise in product touch-ups and photography to enhance the visual appeal of our products and elevate our brand.
  • Edit and retouch product images as needed to enhance their visual appeal and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Ensure that all product images meet our quality standards and accurately represent the products.
  • Assist in planning and executing product photo shoots, including setting up lighting, backgrounds, and other necessary equipment.
  • Capture high-quality images of products, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and focus.
  • Assist in developing compelling content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Assist team in designing social media strategies to achieve marketing targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time to meet internal and external customer expectations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product Development) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Regular and routine onsite attendance.
  • All other duties as assigned.
