About The Position

Aalis Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Grants Management Manager to provide federal grants management and program leadership support in a highly collaborative environment. This role involves leading the full federal grants lifecycle, managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing staff performance and development, and ensuring quality assurance, financial monitoring, audit resolution, and compliance oversight. The position requires serving as a primary customer and stakeholder interface, managing grants data and activities using GrantSolutions or comparable systems, and monitoring program and financial performance to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Support for grant closeout, reporting, and corrective actions is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–12+ years of federal grants and program leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of federal grants management, financial monitoring, and audit resolution.

Nice To Haves

• DOL/ETA/OGM or Department of Education experience strongly preferred.
