About The Position

YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Grant Compliance Manager to lead and elevate our grant compliance function. This is more than a compliance role. Working closely with Finance, Program Leadership, Executive Leadership, and external funding partners, this position will lead grant compliance efforts across the organization while serving as a trusted advisor on regulatory requirements, financial stewardship, and organizational risk. Success in this role requires both technical expertise and the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive continuous improvement across a complex nonprofit organization. If you are someone who sees opportunities instead of obstacles, enjoys building scalable systems, and wants your work to have a lasting organizational impact while supporting a mission that changes lives every day, we'd love to hear from you.
