About The Position

This position is responsible for tracking and reconciling of program appropriation/grant budgets and expenditures and other fund administration and compliance across multiple Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) programs. Manages, allocates, accounts for, and reports on the use of funds managed by IFA through internal and external systems. Ensures accurate financial tracking, compliance with federal and state requirements. Reconciles use of funds by source, use, and bank account. Coordinates and communicates with internal co-workers, federal agencies, state agencies and other external parties. Prepares and/or contributes financial data and information for audits, budgets, and other reports to a range of internal and external parties.
