This role ensures the proper recording and reporting of various financial transactions for the Association and government lines of business. The analyst will communicate with other F&A staff and internal departments to record and reconcile transactions, prepare and post monthly accruals, and research, analyze, and resolve complex accounting issues. A key responsibility is leading accounting activities associated with government programs including Medicare, Medicaid, Federal Programs, and other assigned initiatives. The role also involves maintaining schedules and ledgers, creating ad-hoc system reports, designing and implementing financial and operational reports, leading financial internal controls and risk management, and analyzing complex financial data. Project management, data validation, and monitoring reimbursement strategies are also crucial aspects of this position.
