About The Position

This role is for a marketer who can distinguish between created and harvested demand and prove it. The agency works with approximately 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, with 20-25 of them utilizing paid media. They spend $6-9M monthly on Meta and $1-2M monthly on Google. The agency has been instrumental in the growth of two INC #1 fastest-growing brands from their inception. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Google Ads accounts end-to-end, acting as the primary account manager and client contact. This includes direct client communication, writing updates, leading calls, and defending strategic decisions. The role emphasizes ownership of the entire funnel, from feed management and campaign execution (Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube) to landing page performance and conversion tracking. The agency utilizes a unique approach involving custom-built landing pages and A/B testing before client theme integration. Candidates are expected to have a strong opinion on attribution and optimize towards NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, with a willingness to turn off brand search to measure incremental impact and run geo holdouts. The position is fully remote, with the only requirement being availability for client calls during US Eastern business hours. Performance is judged on output, not hours worked.
