About The Position

PerfectServe is seeking a Senior Go To Market Systems Engineer to build AI agents and automated workflows that will enhance the efficiency of their sales and marketing teams. This role is crucial for addressing the challenges faced by fast-growing B2B teams, such as extensive prospect research and time-consuming call preparation. The engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that leverage AI to compress manual work, allowing teams to focus on judgment rather than repetition. The position is hands-on, embedded within Commercial Operations, and requires an understanding of healthcare's regulated environment, including HIPAA constraints when dealing with sensitive data. The goal is to make the go-to-market motion faster, more consistent, and more measurable by integrating AI agents into existing systems like Salesforce and Pardot, with data flowing back to Snowflake and BI tools.

Requirements

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth, product, or a related B2B technical role.
  • Hands-on experience building AI workflows or agents to solve business problems.
  • Comfortable working with large language models (e.g., Claude), prompt tuning, and integrating agents with tools and data.
  • SQL fluency for writing queries against data warehouses like Snowflake to measure impact.
  • Experience integrating across CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Pardot or comparable), and modern GTM stacks, including reading API documentation and owning integrations.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking ability to translate business problems into working solutions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for direct interaction with sales, marketing, and executive leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with 6sense, Clay (including Claygents), ZoomInfo, Power BI, or dbt.
  • Proficiency in Python or comparable scripting languages.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or another regulated industry.
  • Prior experience as the first or an early AI engineer in a GTM organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and ship AI agents and automated workflows to improve the revenue motion.
  • Build lead enrichment agents using tools like Clay, Claygents, ZoomInfo, and Snowflake to transform raw lists into ranked, contextual leads.
  • Develop outbound personalization agents to draft cold outreach communications based on prospect information and company positioning.
  • Create AI-assisted research workflows for New Logo Sales Leaders to generate meeting prep, account briefs, and call summaries quickly.
  • Implement pipeline pattern detection agents to analyze deal data in Snowflake, identifying stalled deals, churn risks, and acceleration opportunities.
  • Develop agentic deal review and forecast support tools to help managers identify issues and areas for coaching.
  • Integrate AI solutions with Salesforce and Pardot, ensuring clean data flows to Snowflake and BI systems.
