About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Senior Global Network Specialist to join our Network team. This full-time hybrid role, based in Toronto, sits at the heart of Pebl's global payroll partner ecosystem—spanning 126 countries and 175+ active partners. You will own the day-to-day mechanics of how Pebl sources, activates, governs, and sustains its network of In-Country Partners (ICPs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring our global operations remain compliant, cost-effective, and scalable.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in global partner management, vendor operations, or a similar role within a multinational or EOR/PEO environment.
  • Hands-on experience running RFPs, negotiating vendor contracts, and managing multi-party relationships across diverse jurisdictions.
  • Comfortable operating within pre-defined frameworks while exercising independent judgment on day-to-day partner matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Pebl's interests clearly and diplomatically across cultures.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong track record of managing complex pipelines and governance frameworks without dropping the ball.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable working across enterprise tools.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, globally distributed team environment and can manage competing priorities with calm and structure.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Airtable, NetSuite, or partner management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end RFP processes to identify, vet, and onboard new partners across new and existing markets.
  • Manage partner reactivation pipelines, including due diligence reviews and contract refreshes for previously inactive partnerships.
  • Respond to proactive expansion requests and sales-driven needs for new territories with structured sourcing plans.
  • Negotiate localized contract terms, including MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs, within defined boundaries and in close collaboration with Legal.
  • Serve as the internal authority on partner contractual obligations and service delivery boundaries, resolving ambiguities and preventing unauthorized cost escalations.
  • Own and maintain governance frameworks and rules of engagement that define how Pebl interacts with its global partner network.
  • Act as the central advocate and operational bridge between internal teams (Payroll, Experience, Product, Onboarding) and external partners.
  • Monitor and enforce SLA adherence across the partner ecosystem, escalating contractual or high-risk operational issues as required.
  • Identify and lead process improvements across partner sourcing, due diligence, and governance workflows.
  • Contribute to the Partner Knowledge Base, ensuring documentation, partner profiles, and rules of engagement remain current and accessible.
