Senior General Manager

JLLCharlotte, NC

About The Position

As a Senior General Manager at JLL, you'll serve as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing either a large, complex premier asset or multiple properties within a campus setting that function both as client facilities and as Class A commercial assets. In this role, you'll provide focused leadership and expertise to ensure exceptional service delivery within a defined portfolio segment while being accountable for achieving financial results, operational excellence, and superior client and tenant satisfaction. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees, and you'll be at the forefront of this mission by implementing strategic initiatives that optimize both facility operations and asset value. You'll serve as a critical liaison between on-site operational teams and the Portfolio Manager, providing strategic guidance while maintaining direct involvement in day-to-day operations. This position requires a skilled leader who can manage complexity, drive performance at properties requiring enhanced oversight and coordination, and elevate operational performance at high-priority assets. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and you'll champion this principle by ensuring all contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including operational uptime, cost savings initiatives, energy consumption reduction, service improvements, and the implementation of best practices across your portfolio.
