About The Position
Camp Widjiwagan of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee is seeking a skilled and hands-on Senior General Maintenance Tech to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, pool care, and vehicle maintenance. The position involves overseeing preventative maintenance, responding to work orders using Facility Dude, and undertaking various projects on the property. The role offers a dynamic work environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities for significant impact.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- 5+ years of experience in general maintenance (tools, repairs, vehicles)
- Understanding of OSHA regs
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic wood-working/painting skills
