Our Senior General Ledger Accountants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing complex financial reports in compliance with industry standard and company policies, and performing detailed financial statements and peer reviews. The position requires thorough understanding of industry budget presentation, complex mixed used clients and annual reconciliation, loan amortization schedules, insurance claim reconciliations, annual audits and adjustments, and other complex industry accounting requirements. Each General Ledger Accountant averages 20 clients based on size and complexity. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity of all clients, requiring a combination of analytical skills and leadership abilities. The position reports to the Director of Accounting and works closely with all internal departments: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Management and Association Managers.
