About The Position

The Senior Functional Leader – Field Services Demand Placement is accountable for defining and delivering the global vision for integrated demand orchestration across the global operations ITRs and One Field Services (OFS) organization within the Integrated Services Management (ISM) multi-year digital transformation program. This role establishes a unified operating model where field service scope, cost, and schedule are seamlessly translated into executable demand signals—covering internal and external resources, outage materials, and services. By bringing ITR and OFS teams onto a single platform, the leader ensures demand is accurate, timely, and fully aligned with outage planning and execution realities. The role partners closely with Planning & Scheduling, Event & Project Enablement, and Field Services Fulfillment functional leaders to create a closed-loop system from scope definition → demand placement → execution readiness.

  • Functional expertise with GEV Applications specifically Event Vision, SMWB (Service Manager Workbench) and ERPs.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions in partnership with IT.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the enterprise strategy for Field Services demand placement. Transform fragmented, manual demand creation into a scope-driven, system-generated demand model that ensures accuracy, compliance, and execution readiness—while embedding intercompany complexity seamlessly in the background.

  • Own the functional roadmap for demand placement within ISM. Ensure demand is system-derived from scope, cost, and schedule signals (not manually constructed), with Salesforce as the orchestration layer and ERP as the system of record. Drive scalable, governed solutions and eliminate point integrations.
  • Serve as the primary functional counterpart to IT. Co-own solution design, validate blueprints, and shape delivery to ensure alignment with business priorities. Drive clarity on requirements, scope, and value-based prioritization.
  • Lead enterprise change management by aligning stakeholders, clarifying roles, and embedding new ways of working. Drive adoption across regions while enabling structured decommissioning of legacy systems in line with the ISM roadmap.
  • Establish governance, decision rights, and escalation paths to ensure fast, compliant demand placement. Build organizational capability to operate in a data-driven, demand-disciplined environment.
