The ISM Functional Leader – Event & Project Enablement is responsible for defining and delivering the end-to-end business vision for equipment event management and outage project lifecycle across Inquiry to Order & Order to Remittance (ITR) within the Integrated Services Management (ISM) multi-year digital transformation program. This role partners closely with Commercial, Global Operations, Regional ITR, and Warranty teams to establish a unified, scalable operating model—where a single “equipment event” becomes the backbone for planning, scheduling, execution, and financial tracking of outage projects. The leader ensures seamless integration across commercial intent, project execution, and warranty outcomes, enabled through Salesforce and ERP platforms.
