We leverage Docker , Kubernetes , and modern web technologies ( TypeScript, React ), as well as open standards such as OData , OAuth, OpenTelemetry We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to advance the AI enablement of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) application. In this role, you will design and deliver AI Platform and AI Agents . The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with practical knowledge of AI Agent frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern deployment practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years in commercial software development, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Deep knowledge of .NET/C# and modern frameworks.
• Proficiency with web technologies (TypeScript, React)
• Hands-on experience building AI Agents using orchestration frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework).
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, prompt engineering techniques and Generative AI Evals
• Solid experience with cloud platforms ( Azure preferred ).
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding and practical use of DevOps/GitOps practices : CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform), and modern deployment strategies.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in Agile environments.
• Ability to drive discovery: problem framing, rapid prototyping, iterative scope refinement.

Responsibilities

• Discover solutions: partner with product and stakeholders to explore problems, run discovery experiments, and refine scope quickly.
• Design and implement AI-powered features, leveraging LLMs, NLP, and multimodal AI to enhance user experience, process efficiency, and decision-making.
• Develop enterprise knowledge management systems that combine vector search, RAG pipelines, and semantic retrieval to surface accurate, context-aware insights.
• Develop conversational AI solutions using various chatbot development frameworks and platforms.
• Work on cutting-edge tech: leverage modern cloud-native tools (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes), observability (OpenTelemetry, Grafana), and explore opportunities with AI-powered development and automation.
• Embrace DevOps: build and own CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and progressive delivery strategies to ensure fast, safe releases.
• Deliver high-quality solutions: write clean, testable code; enforce best practices; and raise the bar for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Drive delivery: take features from concept to production, ensuring outcomes are met and customers get value quickly.
• Continuously improve adopt new practices, share knowledge, and help shape our engineering culture.
