nyra insights is the operating system for modern neuro-rehabilitation. Therapists rely on it to guide patient recovery, design therapy plans and content, and make informed decisions using AI-supported analytics. We are a leading player in digital rehabilitation in the DACH region and are now expanding into the US. This growth requires a platform that scales. Technically, contextually and across healthcare systems.

Requirements

You use AI tools daily as your default way of working and you write better code faster because of it. And you are able to build your own AI-based solutions.
4+ years of professional fullstack web development
Strong experience with our stack ( Next.js , TypeScript, Tailwind, Node.js ) is expected.
Proven track-record of owning features from concept to deployment across frontend, backend, and data layers.
You understand performance, data modeling, maintainability, and long-term architecture trade-offs.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Firebase and/or Postgres is a strong plus.
Experience with CI/CD, healthcare/medtech and/or AI-powered interfaces
You think beyond the ticket and understand why a feature matters for the therapist and the patient
You care about clean code, smooth interactions, and reliable, scaling systems.
You ship incrementally and iterate, balancing speed with craft
You enjoy working with designers, product managers, and domain experts to build the right thing

Responsibilities

Build and improve the core workflows therapists use daily — patient management, therapy plan creation, progress tracking, and documentation
Contribute to our AI-powered content generation platform where therapists create personalized therapy materials using conversational AI interfaces
Maintain and evolve a clean, performant, codebase both on the back- and frontend.
Work on features that power nyra insights and deeply integrate with the patient-facing myReha therapy app.
Ensure the platform works reliably across browsers and devices, with attention to accessibility for clinical users
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Clinical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver polished features
