Requirements

• Technical Mastery – Demonstrates expertise in TypeScript, object-oriented programming, and dependency injection, with a strong foundation in both backend and frontend frameworks.
• Proactive Leadership – Takes initiative in guiding team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
• Attention to Quality – Holds a high standard for code quality and actively participates in code reviews to uphold best practices.
• Adaptability – Adapts quickly to new challenges, technologies, and evolving project requirements within the QSR industry.
• Effective Communication – Communicates clearly, particularly when documenting technical decisions, standards, and processes, making complex information accessible to the team.
• Extensive experience in TypeScript and object-oriented programming.
• Proficient in backend development using frameworks like NestJS and Express.
• Frontend expertise in at least one major framework: Angular, React, or Svelte.
• Familiarity with dependency injection patterns and libraries like tsyringe.

Nice To Haves

• Cloud infrastructure experience (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a strong advantage.
• Experience with CMS development or knowledge of CMS frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Platform Development – Deliver a scalable, maintainable platform that meets the QSR industry’s unique needs by building a robust CMS and supporting additional applications.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship – Support team goals by guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level developers, contributing to a cohesive, knowledge-sharing development environment.
• Documentation & Technical Standards – Create clear documentation and establish coding standards that ensure quality, maintainability, and ease of future development.
• Technical Excellence & Quality Assurance – Drive quality by implementing best practices, conducting code reviews, and demonstrating deep technical expertise.
• Cloud Infrastructure and CMS Development – Work with DevOps to deploy and maintain cloud solutions, enhancing platform scalability and performance
