We are seeking highly skilled Full-Stack Senior Engineers to accelerate development in an AI-assisted environment. Candidates will utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Amazon Q Developer) to enhance delivery speed, while maintaining strict human oversight for the validation, security, and maintenance of complex enterprise code. Experience in designing and writing AI models is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years experience in Java/Springboot, Angular (version 17 or higher), PostgreSQL, and AWS environments.
- 2+ years demonstrated experience working in AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience in designing and writing AI models.
- Excellent debugging and architectural design skills to effectively guide AI agents.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Willingness to go onsite in Chantilly, VA.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular 21 front-end code.
- Utilize AI tools to generate boilerplate code, write unit tests, and perform application modernization tasks.
- Ensure AI-generated outputs comply with security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL database standards.
- Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and ensure high-quality abstractions.
