About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our fast-scaling AI sales intelligence platform company. This role is based in NYC, NY (SoHo) and involves working on a platform that transforms customer conversations into structured data and automated revenue actions. The company is well-funded, has strong product-market fit, and operates at the intersection of AI agents and modern revenue infrastructure. The engineer will drive the end-to-end design and implementation of product requirements, including task breakdown, technical scoping, full feature development (frontend and backend), testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing production support. The role requires building and maintaining high-quality, scalable full-stack systems using React, Next.js, Tailwind for the frontend, and Go, Postgres, Kafka, Redis for backend/data systems, with AWS and Kubernetes for infrastructure and deployment. Collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams is key, involving translating product specs into features, influencing product direction, and identifying internal system improvements. The engineer will own the full software development lifecycle, from problem definition to iteration, and contribute to the AI-powered sales intelligence platform, including structuring customer interaction data, supporting AI agent workflows, and enhancing CRM intelligence. A balance between short-term delivery and long-term architecture, along with continuous improvement of code quality, reliability, and scalability, is expected in this fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI/ML-enabled products
  • Experience with data-heavy SaaS platforms
  • Experience with internal tooling that powers revenue/sales/product workflows
