About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack / Software Engineer with expertise in cloud-native application development, distributed systems, and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable enterprise applications using Python, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive innovative solutions leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience, including designing and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
2+ years of experience serving as a Technical Lead, Sr Engineer, or equivalent technical leadership role.
Strong expertise in Python application development and modern API frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies.
Experience designing and implementing microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.
Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native application development.
Hands-on experience with: Kubernetes (GKE), Docker/Containerization, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, GitHub and modern source control practices
Experience developing and supporting event-driven and streaming solutions using technologies such as Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
Experience working with cloud-native data technologies including BigQuery, BigTable, SQL, and large-scale data processing solutions.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, system reliability, performance optimization, and observability.
Hands-on experience implementing and operationalizing: Generative AI solutions, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows, Prompt engineering and model evaluation frameworks
Experience integrating enterprise applications with AI platforms such as Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI, Claude, or similar technologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and cloud-native solutions.
Lead technical design discussions, establish architectural standards, and provide guidance to engineering teams.
Develop and support Python-based applications and RESTful APIs using modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies.
Build and maintain microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures to support high-volume business processes.
Design, optimize, and support cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Implement containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments through Kubernetes (GKE).
Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and efficient software delivery.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
Design and support streaming and messaging solutions using Kafka or similar event-driven platforms.
Develop scalable data processing solutions leveraging cloud-native data technologies such as BigQuery, BigTable, and SQL-based platforms.
Ensure application reliability, performance, security, observability, and operational excellence through monitoring and optimization.
Design, implement, and operationalize Generative AI solutions, including LLM-powered applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent workflows.
Integrate enterprise applications with AI platforms such as Vertex AI, Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or similar technologies.
Perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote software engineering best practices across teams.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to system architecture, automation, development processes, and engineering standards.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and support strategic technology initiatives.
