About The Position

Coderio is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a three-person team working with a leading financial institution. The project replaces a legacy system of 16 workflows, including a web portal through which branch users submit requests and a backend that routes requests to other systems, receives responses, updates statuses, and manages approvals. The role requires contributing quickly after onboarding to meet aggressive delivery dates. The engineer will design and build backend services in C#/.NET and deliver features end to end, including APIs, integrations, approval-workflow logic, and the React web portal. The team follows Agile practices with two-week sprints. The role also involves technical collaboration, code reviews, testing, documentation, and coordination with business stakeholders and teams responsible for other systems. The position uses a hybrid model based at the Miami Lakes, Florida office and is described as a long-term contract engagement.

  • Experience writing unit and regression tests.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Strong in-person communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt to a corporate environment.
