About The Position

Babylist is seeking a high-volume Senior Fulfillment Center Recruiter to build its Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment Operations teams. The recruiter will partner closely with warehouse managers and leadership, provide a high-touch candidate experience, and keep hiring efficient and effective. This position is based on-site daily at Babylist’s Commercial Point, Ohio Fulfillment Center, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role manages full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and specialized fulfillment positions, including Fulfillment Team Members, Supervisors, and Operations Specialists. It involves developing warehouse talent pipelines, advising hiring managers, maintaining agency relationships, and creating sourcing and engagement strategies suited to a competitive Columbus-area labor market. The recruiter will support fulfillment center hiring initiatives and help improve recruiting processes as the organization grows.

Requirements

At least 7 years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting talent for fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain teams.
Ability to source, engage, and build relationships with high-volume candidates, including warehouse associates, team leads, and operations professionals.
Knowledge of the Columbus labor market, including offerings from nearby fulfillment and manufacturing employers.
Ability to establish credibility with hiring managers and guide strategic talent decisions.
Strong candidate-experience focus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and balance multiple priorities.
Creative sourcing and recruiting strategy skills.
Curiosity and commitment to continuously improving recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialized fulfillment roles, including Fulfillment Team Members, Supervisors, and Operations Specialists.
Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with team goals and Babylist’s values.
Build and maintain relationships with agency support.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of warehouse talent through sourcing, networking, and proactive outreach.
Create effective ways to engage candidates.
Deliver a positive, seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Implement creative strategies to attract and secure talent in competitive warehouse markets.
Navigate high-volume hiring periods and changing priorities with empathy and strategic problem-solving.
Support fulfillment center hiring initiatives that contribute to long-term growth and operational success.
Run job fairs, group interviews, hiring days, and pre-hire site tours.
