Senior Frontend Engineer

UiPathBellevue, WA

About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who operates as a Builder — someone who ships delightful product experiences end-to-end and sweats the details users feel. Be immersive in shaping the 'what' and 'why' of the user experience, not just implementing specs handed to you. Validate with customers directly, watch them use the product, and iterate fast on what you learn. Operate AI-forward and hands-on: use modern AI tools to design, prototype, and ship faster than teams twice your size. And the core technical chops of a senior full-stack engineer with a strong frontend center of gravity. At UiPath we are enabling enterprises to transform via Business Orchestration and modernize how they operate their core business processes. The frontend is where that promise meets the user — every interaction, every pixel, every latency spike decides whether customers feel the magic or the friction. We are a global team and collaborate like a startup to prioritize what matters to customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years shipping production web applications with deep ownership of the frontend.
  • TypeScript, React (or equivalent), component architecture, state management, performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle discipline, rendering modes), accessibility (WCAG), and the tooling ecosystem around them.
  • You can design an API, write the service, model the data, and wire up auth without waiting for help — Node, Go, Python, or similar.
  • You can stare at a blank Figma and still produce a UI that is tasteful, consistent, and on-brand.
  • A daily loop of pairing with AI coding tools, prompt-level fluency, and a clear point of view on where AI accelerates vs. slows you down.
  • You scope ruthlessly, ship in small increments, kill work-in-progress that isn't working, and communicate status without being asked.
  • Off-by-one pixels, inconsistent spacing, and jank genuinely bother you.

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus for enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Own features end-to-end — from the customer conversation, to the wireframe on the whiteboard, to the production deploy.
  • Build interfaces that feel fast, considered, and modern.
  • Use modern AI tools to design, prototype, and ship faster.
  • Build the APIs, data contracts, and services behind your UI when you need them.
  • Sit in on customer calls, usability sessions, and design-partner conversations.
  • Translate observations into what you ship next week, not next quarter.
  • Stay current with modern design trends and raise the bar for everything around you.
  • Ship at least one flagship surface that customers use every day, designed and built largely on your own.
  • Establish a "direct-to-customer" loop where at least weekly you validate changes with real users and feed learnings back into the product.
  • Raised the UI/UX quality bar across your team — patterns, components, and review standards others adopt.
  • Define how AI tooling is woven into the team's daily development loop, with measurable impact on cycle time.

Benefits

  • We value a range of diverse backgrounds, experiences and ideas.
  • We pride ourselves on our diversity and inclusive workplace that provides equal opportunities to all persons regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, national origin, disability, neurodiversity, military and/or veteran status, or any other protected classes.
  • UiPath provides reasonable accommodations for candidates on request and respects applicants' privacy rights.
