About The Position

Airwallex is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for its Growth Engineering team. The team is building an AI-native platform to support customer acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion. In this role, you will design, build, and own high-performance web experiences and frontend platforms, ranging from customer-facing acquisition and conversion journeys to AI-powered internal tools. You will build scalable websites, landing pages, growth funnels, campaign management platforms, and personalized customer journeys using React and TypeScript. You will develop interfaces and workflows for AI-powered insights, automation, and decision-making, and own technical delivery from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and optimization. You will also improve performance, SEO, accessibility, and conversion through experimentation and data-driven iteration. The role involves partnering with Product, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Backend Engineering to address ambiguous business problems. You will contribute to frontend architecture, reusable component systems, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring. The US position works from the Seattle office three days a week.
