About The Position

This role supports all phases of a small Mission Engineering and Integration Task Order focused on technical operations in support of customer objectives. The Senior Front Office Systems Integrator will coordinate the management of all work performed under the Task Order, acting as the central point of contact with the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative, other customer officials, and the Contractor functional support. This position is responsible for all financials, cost, schedule, and technical performance of multiple projects or major tasks. The role involves coordinating the identification of personnel to fill vacancies, managing subcontractors and team members, and working with the customer and team to anticipate and adjust to changes in the mission. The Senior Front Office Systems Integrator will work independently or under general direction on all phases of performance, including contract management, resource coordination, and management coordination. They will maintain direct accountability for the correctness, timeliness, and quality of deliverables, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills. This role ensures Contractor tasks are completed within deadlines, accurately reported, and that personnel are qualified and any potential personnel problems are resolved. The Senior Front Office Systems Integrator is also responsible for fostering relationships with all GTMs serviced by the contract, leveraging technical operations and leadership background to contribute to sponsor objectives, monitoring operational communications, recommending responses, and delegating tasking. They will monitor senior leadership taskings, identify appropriate technical POCs, and monitor responses. Additionally, this role provides strategic advice on technical matters, participates in executive-level discussions, and offers proactive management support for fast-paced operational projects. Input to organization-wide processes, including schedule data, status reports, budget reports, and action tracking, is required. Project management support for quick-turnaround projects, including budget, project, resource, and logistics plans, as well as requirements and architecture design, is also a key responsibility. The role involves tracking day-to-day schedules, establishing and implementing processes to track technical project progress, tracking projects utilizing specific accesses, and ensuring targeting sets between programs are exchanged. Validating, documenting, and managing stakeholder expectations, developing and maintaining integrated operations schedules, and ensuring programs adhere to those schedules are critical. Finally, this role drives and informs future technical decisions with information from mission partners.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, data science, mathematics, cybersecurity, or other related technical disciplines and 12+ years of experience; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • 12 years of cumulative experience required, including a minimum of 10 years of experience performing Mission Engineering and Integration/Technical Operations responsibilities, managing projects of similar size and scope.
  • 5+ years of direct experience supporting the client
  • Demonstrated ability to work and quickly transition across multiple tasks
  • Working knowledge of the customer processes, programs, and policies
  • Expert representational, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products.
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government
  • Expert skills using MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of information management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of a small Mission Engineering and Integration Task Order focused on technical operations in support of customer objectives.
  • Coordinate the management of all work performed under the Task Order.
  • Act as the central point of contact with the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative, other customer officials and the Contractor functional support.

  • Work with the customer and the team to anticipate and understand changes in the mission and how to adjust to those changes and participates in the negotiation of contract changes.
  • Work independently, or under the general direction of senior level company management, on all phases of performance including contract management, coordination of resource needs, coordination with corporate resources and management.
  • Maintains direct accountability for correctness, timeliness, and quality of deliverables for the effort.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills to all levels of management and the customer.
  • Accountable for Contractor tasks and ensures that tasks are completed within the deadline, are accurately reported to the customer, that contract personnel are qualified to perform the tasks, and potential personnel problems are resolved.
  • Responsible for fostering relationships with all GTMs that are serviced by the contract
  • Leverage your technical operations and leadership background to directly contribute to the operations objectives of the sponsor.
  • Monitor incoming operational communications and recommend responses and delegation of tasking as appropriate
  • Monitor senior leadership taskings through TaskIt system, identify appropriate technical POCs and monitor responses
  • Provide strategic advice on technical matters of concern to senior leadership; participate in executive level discussions and deliberations as directed by the sponsor
  • Provide pro-active management support to fast-paced operational projects.
  • Be responsible for providing input to several organization-wide processes and keeping senior management informed; these inputs could include schedule data, monthly status reports, budget reports and requests, actions tracking, and weekly highlights.
  • Provide project management support for quick-turnaround projects; to include development of budget plans, project plans, resource plans, logistics, requirements, and architecture design.
  • Track day to day schedules.
  • Establish and implement processes to track the progress of technical projects.
  • Track projects utilizing specific accesses and ensure targeting sets between programs are being exchanged.
  • Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain integrated operations schedules and ensure programs follow those schedules.
  • Drive and inform future technical decisions with information provided from mission partners.
