Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE Lead)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 14+ years of software engineering and technical leadership experience.
- Proven experience owning production systems and leading large-scale enterprise delivery initiatives.
- Strong expertise designing and building backend services, APIs, and scalable distributed systems.
- Experience working across architecture, platform, data, and application layers.
- Ability to operate effectively in highly regulated industries such as financial services.
- Strong proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript.
- API design and systems integration.
- Secure software engineering practices.
- Modern application frameworks.
- Containerization technologies.
- Production-grade AI platforms and solutions.

- Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with modern AI application architectures and production-grade implementations, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Semantic Search, Agent-Based Systems, Generative AI Solutions, and AI-Powered Workflow Automation.
