About The Position

The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is a hybrid role encompassing engineering, solution architecture, product development, and client-facing problem-solving. This position collaborates closely with health system leaders, clinicians, IT teams, and operational stakeholders to understand intricate hospital and ambulatory workflows. The FDE translates operational challenges into technical solution prototypes and deploys scalable solutions aimed at enhancing patient care, optimizing workflows, and promoting data-driven decision-making. FDEs navigate complex healthcare environments where product, workflow, data, and client needs converge, transforming fragmented clinical and operational data into actionable insights and tangible customer value.
