About The Position

QDSS is seeking an experienced Aircraft-Level Flight Control System Integrator to support integration of fly-by-wire (FBW) flight control systems within aircraft programs. The role works across flight controls, aircraft systems, avionics, electrical systems, software, safety, and verification teams to ensure the Flight Control System functions correctly within the overall aircraft architecture. The focus is on aircraft-level functionality, system interfaces, integration dependencies, and verification of end-to-end behavior across interacting aircraft systems. The integrator helps establish and maintain a coordinated integration approach, identify and resolve cross-system issues, and provide technical visibility into integration readiness, risks, and verification progress. The role is remote and requires up to 25% travel. The position supports system development, integration, testing, certification, and resolution of in-service aircraft problems. It also contributes to trade-off studies and life-cycle cost analysis for future programs and ensures design and equipment implementation align with Bombardier requirements and standards. QDSS describes its work as purpose-driven and collaborative, involving mission-critical aerospace and defense programs. The company offers competitive compensation, employer-matched 401(k), certification assistance, advancement opportunities, professional development support, and medical, dental, life, and disability coverage. The stated salary range is $130,000–$180,000 USD, with the full compensation package based on experience and certifications.
