Senior Finishing/Deburring Operator
About The Position
Our finishers take pride turning a shelf of unfinished parts into polished pieces of art. Proficiently uses microscopes, hand/power tools, grinders, and tumblers to achieve a high quality finish. Will prepare surfaces, clean, polish, remove imperfections/burrs, perform visual inspections and final assembly. Aid in the design, set-up, and tool & equipment selection for new deburr and/or assembly jobs. Proficient at deburr of complex parts such as aerospace manifolds. Able to train others in the deburring of complex parts. Responsible for quality, quantity and safety. Adheres to quality procedures and company policies. Keeps accurate records. Keeps work area clean. Will perform other duties as directed.
Requirements
- Finishing/deburring complex parts (metal preferred)
- Familiar with quality procedures and drawings/blueprints
- Ability to train others (preferred)
- Motivated, reliable, a team player and a strong desire to contribute
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass pre-employment (drug screen, fit-for-duty exam, background check, and reference check)
